On our way to Richland via Mitchell we drove the mountains and reached near 6000 feet of elevation. It even started to snow quite a bit!
After we got out of the mountains we drove through some really nice hills and forest areas. Everything was nice and beautiful until we came across the scariest tree ever!

When we came across this shoe tree we were in the middle of nowhere. So tons of people had to stop on the highway to throw their shoes up there. What the hell? Pretty freaky if you ask me. What's even stranger is that this was the second tree like this that we saw on that highway!
